Monsave Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Monsave. Please read them before creating an account or using the service.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Monsave, you agree to these Terms of Use. They apply to the Monsave website, applications, personal finance tools, and integrations that refer to these terms (together, the “Service”).

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. Where applicable law requires a separate acceptance, we will ask you to provide it.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws that apply to you. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, use a strong password, and notify us promptly at support@monsave.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law.

3. The Service and financial information

Monsave provides software to help you organize, record, and review personal or household finances. You remain responsible for the information you enter and for checking that records and calculations are complete and accurate.

Monsave is not a bank, payment service, custodian, or financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal adviser. Calculators, summaries, and other outputs are informational estimates based on your inputs and assumptions; verify them independently before making decisions.

4. Information you provide

You retain any rights you have in information and material you submit. You authorize Monsave to host, process, display, and back up that material only as needed to provide, protect, and maintain the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Only submit information you are entitled to use. Do not enter bank passwords, full payment-card numbers (PAN), CVV/CVC codes, or other payment credentials into Monsave, including free-text fields.

5. Third-party services and integrations

Some features may connect to banks, messaging platforms, or other providers. These integrations are optional where offered and may require your separate authorization and acceptance of the provider’s terms.

Third-party services are controlled by their providers and may be unavailable, change, or return delayed or incomplete information. Check important financial records with the original provider. Monsave is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and do not:

  • use it to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, commit fraud, or facilitate financial crime;
  • attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or country-based feature restrictions, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
  • upload malware, send spam, or use the Service to disrupt or harm others;
  • copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

7. Monsave intellectual property

Monsave and its licensors retain rights to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal, lawful purposes under these terms. No other rights are transferred to you.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, limit, or change features, and a feature may not be available in every country. We will provide notice of material changes or interruptions where practical or required by law.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new update date and giving any notice required by law. Changes apply from their stated effective date. If you do not agree, stop using the Service; continued use after that date means acceptance where permitted by law.

9. Suspension and ending your use

You may stop using the Service and request account closure through the available account controls or by contacting support. We may suspend or end access if necessary to address a security risk, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. We will act in accordance with applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that information supplied by third parties is complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monsave is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy and regional availability

Features and integrations may vary by country. Do not bypass regional restrictions or use a feature where it is not offered to you.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
